Wai means water in ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi (Hawaiian language), and this sticker is meant to bring attention to the pollution, and waste threatening our ecosystems and sacred waters.

Communities across the Pacific are deeply impacted by this crisis. Rapa Nui (Easter Island) sits in the heart of the Pacific trash vortex, and Hōlanikū which is the eldest of the Hawaiian Islands and my volunteer home for the next 11 months, also lies directly in this polluted current.

This design is a reminder: our waters are all connected. Industrial waste and oil drilling are one of the many effects of destroying our reefs, ecosystems, and sacred waters.

These stickers are printed on a transparent backing, once peeled, only the ink remains for a clean, seamless look. Made with long-lasting, durable materials, all stickers are printed using UV ECO ink, a more environmentally friendly alternative.
